LCO Tank Replacement
Riggs Power Engineering & Construction worked with the Client to replace a decommissioned 25,000-barrel Light Cycle Oil (LCO) tank. In its place, a new 50,000-barrel swing tank with modern design features was constructed, capable of storing 3 commodities – LCO, gas oil, or asphalt.

Our History & Growth
Riggs Power Engineering & Construction was established in 2008, and began its journey with a small team of experts. Our initial focus was on providing high-quality engineering services, including the preparation of feasibility reports and front-end studies (DBM and FEED). Our expertise lies primarily in the downstream refining (metals and crude oil) and petrochemical industries.
Over the years, we have successfully grown Riggs into a mid-sized multi-disciplinary organization.
